Practice Overview

  • You’ll join a well-established outpatient women’s health clinic adjacent to a 204-bed community hospital with dedicated OB ORs
  • Team support includes physicians (OB/GYN + Family Medicine-OB), RN triage, LCSW, and seasoned practice leadership
  • Typical mix is ~60% OB / 40% GYN with in-office procedures and OR access for surgical cases
  • Procedures include wellness exams, IUDs with anesthesia, MyoSure/myomectomy, hysteroscopy, TLH, and TAH



Schedule

  • Clinic runs Monday–Friday, 8:00a–5:00p with a 4.5-day workweek and a dedicated half-day for admin time
  • Average 18–20 patients/day (with one higher-volume OB-focused day commonly around 25)
  • Primary call is 1:6 in 7-day blocks with backup call at 1:4
  • Built-in support helps reduce unnecessary call-ins, including L&D RN triage that can rule out labor by phone consult

Compensation & Benefits

  • Negotiable base salary starting at $400,000

  • Signing bonus $40,000–$60,000 (with options to apply portions early as a residency stipend) and relocation up to

$10,000

  • Time off and development: 15 days PTO year one plus additional personal/self-care days, 5 CME days + $3,000 allowance; loan support eligibility (NHSC/SLRP/PSLF)

Candidate Requirements

  • Board eligible or board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology

  • Comfort with a true mix of OB and GYN, including routine office procedures and common GYN surgeries
  • Team-first mindset and interest in serving a rural patient population with meaningful access needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Family Medicine-OB colleagues and shared call coverage
