Practice Setting
- Level I trauma center with outpatient volume
- 8–12 procedures/day, including 1–2 complex cases
- Supported by IR nurses, technologists, and shared residents
- EMR: Epic | PACS: Sectra
Schedule
- Weekday shifts: 7:30a to 4:30p
- Call may be requested for nights/weekends depending on need
- Minimum of one full week/month preferred
Cases and Procedures
- Embolizations, bleeds, biopsies, drainages, dialysis catheters
- Includes nephrostomy tubes and some PE thrombectomies
- Primarily adults; pediatric exposure is rare
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology
- Active California license and fluoroscopy certification required
