Join an established team of experienced Hematology/Oncology physicians in a dedicated Cancer Center located in the Upper Midwest of the US.
Comprehensive, fully integrated oncology services, including:
- On-site infusion center
- Radiation oncology services
- Advanced imaging (including PET/CT)
- Modern clinic environment with 24 exam rooms
- Dedicated RN assigned to each physician
- On-site dieticians and multidisciplinary support services
- Manageable patient volume: of 12–14 patients per day
- Call structure: Advanced Practice Providers handle first call during the week
- Technology: Industry-leading EMR system and advanced voice dictation tools
- Full-time schedule: 35 patient-facing hours per week
Compensation & Benefits:
- $625,000 guaranteed base salary or productivity-based compensation (whichever is greater)
- Productivity incentives with above-threshold bonus potential
