North Dakota Hematology-Oncology Physician Opportunity - No Call, No Rounds, No Inpatient Consults

A well-established team of Hematology/Oncology physicians in the Upper Midwest is seeking a physician to join a fully integrated Cancer Center. Practice in a modern, high-support environment designed to eliminate operational burdens, featuring an on-site infusion center, radiation oncology, PET/CT imaging, and a 24-exam-room suite.

Practice Environment & Support:

• Outpatient Focus: No call, no inpatient rounding, and no inpatient consults
• Integrated Oncology Services: All care under one roof, including an on-site infusion center, radiation oncology, and PET/CT imaging
• Modern Facility: State-of-the-art clinic with 24 exam rooms
• Dedicated Support: Dedicated RN assigned to each physician; Advanced Practice Providers manage first-call during weekday hours
• Schedule & Volume: Manageable volume of 12–14 patients per day with a full-time clinical schedule of 35 patient-facing hours per week

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $650,000 for new graduates up to $675,000 for experienced physicians (or productivity-based compensation, whichever is higher)
