Schedule

Credentialing
- Typical credentialing timeline is 60 to 90 days
- Background review is sensitive, minimal history is strongly preferred
- May consider waiting for license with an active IMLC LOQ
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
- Active Louisiana license, or active IMLC LOQ if you need to obtain Louisiana licensure
