Practice Setting
- General ENT practice with the flexibility to subspecialize as desired
- Surgical privileges at a beautiful 477-bed regional hospital
- Large and supportive referral base, including over 230,000 primary care and 80,000 pediatric visits annually
- Teaching opportunities with an on-site Family Medicine Residency Program affiliated with the University of Louisville

Competitive guaranteed base salary of $600,000 for the first three years with immediate RVU productivity bonus potential.
