An exciting opportunity is available for an OB/GYN physician seeking a full-spectrum practice in one of Arizona’s most affordable and outdoor-oriented communities. Join a growing women’s health practice in a newly constructed facility with dedicated surgical access and a standalone birthing center set to open soon. This position offers clinical variety, strong support, and an excellent quality of life in a warm, sun-filled desert setting.

Practice Overview:

• You’ll join an established women’s health clinic with on-site access to urgent care and surgical services
• Blocked OR time and shared call at a nearby 406-bed hospital with Level III NICU
• Mid-level support available; average of 3,000 deliveries annually in the area
• A new standalone birthing center is under construction and slated to open by end of 2025 or early 2026

Schedule:

• Full-time clinical role with a blend of clinic, OR, and hospital coverage
• Shared call structure with manageable frequency
• Access to surgical suite and inpatient support at nearby hospital
• Balanced weekly schedule to support patient access and work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits:

Candidate Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Comfortable with full-spectrum OB/GYN care including deliveries and surgery
• Open to new graduates or experienced physicians
• Must hold or be eligible for an Arizona medical license
