OB Hospitalist Physician | 96 Shifts Per Year | Utica, NY

Join a hospital based OB team in a brand new facility supporting approximately 1,000 births annually. This role is focused exclusively on inpatient obstetric care, with additional shifts available and 24/7 access to anesthesia, NICU, MFM, and Pediatrics.

Position Highlights

• 96 Shifts Per Year: Work eight 24 hour shifts per month, including one weekend shift each month.
• Additional Shifts: Pick up extra shifts if desired for additional earning potential.
• Established OB Team: Join three full time OB hospitalists with APP support and physician backup.
• Clinical Resources: EPIC EMR and interpreter services available.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $390,000 to $425,000 with W2 or 1099 options.
• Additional Earnings: Increase earning potential through extra shifts.
• Sign On & Relocation: $25,000 sign on bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance.

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• MD or DO eligible for New York medical licensure
• Interest in practicing as an OB hospitalist within a collaborative team environment
• New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
