Practice Setting
- Employed position with a highly respected regional health system
- Outpatient-only setting with no pediatric cases
- Option to pick up hospitalist or nursing home shifts if desired
- Support staff includes a dedicated MA and a shared LPN * AI-powered documentation support via ambient scribe technology
Schedule
- Flexible full-time schedule; choose between 4 full days or 4.5 shorter days * 1:6 Light phone only call rotation—physicians only cover their own practice * Triage service handles initial after-hours calls
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $220,000–$240,000 with potential to earn $325,000–$375,000 * $12,000 sign-on bonus * 4 weeks PTO + 5 CME days + all holidays * Comprehensive malpractice coverage, including tail * All licensure and DEA expenses covered * 403(b) retirement plan with match + access to a 457 plan
