    Practice Setting

    • Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
    • Work alongside neurosurgeons, APPs, and RN/MAs
    • Independent rounding across all units including NICU, PICU, ICU
    • Clinic responsibilities include consults, follow-ups, fracture care, and patient management
    • Located at a major medical center with comprehensive neuro services

    Schedule

    • Scheduled clinical hours plus 1:3 beeper call
    • 20-minute call response time required
    • Expect 10–12 patients per day
    • Coverage begins July 2025 through January 2026

    Procedures and Cases

    • Surgical assist in craniotomy, craniectomy, spinal fusions, and decompressions
    • Cases include aneurysms, tumors, and nerve injuries
    • Bedside procedures and hospital/ER consultations

    Requirements

    • Certified Physician Assistant with 2+ years’ experience
    • ACLS, BLS, PALS, and ATLS required
    • Open to candidates eligible within 5 years of graduation

    Credentialing Requirements

    • Credentialing takes approximately 60 days (temps available)
    • Support provided throughout onboarding process

    Travel Accommodations

    • Travel and lodging provided for the duration of the assignment
    • All malpractice insurance covered
