Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed $725,000 base salary plus RVU production incentives
- $1.5M+ total compensation potential
- Up to $300,000 annually in ASC ancillary income
- ASC partnership opportunity
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship training in Total Joint / Adult Reconstructive Surgery required
- Open to 2026 and 2027 graduating residents/fellows
