Based in a close-knit New England community, this non- invasive cardiology role blends outpatient continuity with manageable inpatient coverage.
Practice Overview
- You’ll join a collaborative team of 4 cardiologists, 1 EP, 3 APPs, cardiac rehab, and a device clinic
- Employed by a respected 169-bed community hospital within a major academic health system
- Procedures include cardiac CT/CTA, cardioversions, nuclear and echo studies; TEEs are optional but preferred
- Access to tertiary referral support from a nearby academic center
** Schedule**
- Monday–Friday schedule with a potential 4.5-day workweek
- Light inpatient volume with weekend rounding only; no STEMI call
- Outpatient volume averages 14–16 patients per day
- Equal 1:4 call rotation with minimal callbacks
** Compensation & Benefits**
- Base salary of $480,000 with a two-year guarantee
- Sign-on bonus, CME allowance, and relocation assistance included
- Visa sponsorship available with J-1 to green card transition support

** Candidate Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Medicine
- Open to 2025/2026 grads, experienced physicians, and international medical graduates
- TEEs are preferred but not mandatory
- Comfort with general cardiology diagnostics, including echocardiograms, stress tests, and EKGs
