Practice Highlights

• General Urology practice, able to support subspecialty focus * Resources include Da Vinci Si & Xi robotics
• Dedicated support staff includes 2 LPNs, 1 RN, 1 CT/X-ray technician, and 2 MAs

Schedule

• Multiple days of blocked surgical time between the hospital and ambulatory surgery center
• Dedicated Monday and Thursday robotic surgery blocks, with flexibility to expand * Shared call rotation averaging 3–5 days per month

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary starting at $600,000 - $700,000, with a production bonus opportunity

• Total earnings exceed $1,000,000 * $1,200 call stipend for anything over 7 days * $200,000 Sign-on bonus
