Cardiovascular or Cardiothoracic Nurse Practitioner - Pennsylvania Locums

Immediate Locums Assignment for an experienced Cardiovascular/Thoracic Surgery NP/PA in Pennsylvania. This is a critical, full-time role offering a unique schedule and a manageable patient load.

Practice Setting

• Work as a crucial part of an Inpatient surgical team
• Dedicated surgical RN and Resident support available
• Adult patient population only

Schedule

• Choose a 4-10s schedule or 3 12's
• Call is on weekends
• Weekend call required approximately every 2-3 weekends (Fri 5pm - Mon 7am)
• Not a PRN position; requiring a consistent, long-term commitment

Procedures and Cases

• EVH (Endoscopic Vein Harvesting) and First Assist required
• Experience with Marquet EVH equipment is mandatory
• Primarily OR coverage, with some required time on the ICU floor

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania State Licensure required
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
• 24 months of experience in the specialty is required
• Case log required for both EVH and First Assist
