Practice Setting:

• Outpatient medical setting
• Adult patient ages
• Volume of 7-15 patients per day

Schedule:

• 8 AM - 5 PM, 3-4 days per week
• September - Until permanent provider hired
• Ongoing need

Procedures and Cases:

• Oncology: diagnosing and treating cancer
• Immunotherapy
• Hormonal therapy

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Medical Oncology
• BLS certification
• South Carolina state licensure required
• 36 months of experience

Credentialing Requirements:

• Temporary privileges granted for September start
• Must have clean background check
