Outpatient primary care assignment

Highlights

Practice Setting

• Medicare-focused clinic serving Spanish-speaking patients
• On-site support includes NPs, RNs, MAs, and scribes
• Canopy and Greenway EMR systems in use

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8a to 5p
• 16 to 18 patients per day
• Flexible start dates; ongoing coverage needs
• Minimum 3-month assignment

Cases and Procedures

• No procedures required
• Focus on chronic conditions: diabetes, hypertension, CHF, CAD
• Geriatric and mild cognitive care

Requirements

• MD or DO, Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine
• Active Illinois license and DEA

Travel Accommodations

• All travel costs covered: airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage
