Long-Term Hematology-Oncology Assignment in Maryland

Practice Setting

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient duties
• Patient volume of 12-15 per day

Schedule

• Flexible options with a minimum of only 4 days per month
• Monday-Thursday clinic hours
• Shared call schedule with one weeknight and every 4th weekend

Procedures and Cases

• General hematology and oncology cases
• New patient consultations
• Patient follow-up appointments

Requirements

• Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Must hold active BLS and DEA certifications
• Requires a minimum of 3 years of post-training experience

Credentialing Requirements

• Active Maryland license or IMLC Letter of Qualification is required
• Credentialing timeframe is approximately 60 days
