** Practice Setting**

• Regional hospital with inpatient and outpatient coverage
• 8–11 ORs run daily depending on volume
• Dedicated GI suite with 4 total procedure rooms
• Cohesive team of 9 anesthesiologists and 2 CRNAs

** Schedule**

• Monday–Friday daytime surgical coverage
• Weeknight pager call 1–2 nights per week

• Weekend call rotation every other weekend to start

  • Moves to every third weekend over time
  • Post-call recovery day available

** Procedures and Cases**

• Hands-on role with ~90% of cases physician-led
• Full-spectrum caseload including Cardiac, Neuro, OB, GI, Ortho, and more
• Physicians exclusively manage all cardiac procedures
• Occasional light CRNA supervision when assigned

** Requirements**

• Board Certified in Anesthesiology
• Active Wisconsin license is required
• Must be comfortable handling OB cases
• ACLS and DEA certifications needed
• COVID vaccine required

** Travel and Lodging**

• Travel and lodging is provided
