This role provides a leadership opportunity for a Family Medicine physician to maintain hands-on patient-facing work while also providing clinical leadership and impacting strategic organizational growth. ## Practice Overview
- Fully integrated, whole-person care model with primary care, behavioral health, psychiatry, dental services, and programs addressing food insecurity and social determinants of health
- Lead and mentor a primary care team that includes nurse practitioners and a strong interdisciplinary support staff
- Dedicated support staff includes triage nurses, a population health manager, community health worker, referral specialist, and one medical assistant per provider
## Schedule
- Three clinical days per week, including 2.5 days of patient care and a half-day for documentation and administrative work
- Two days dedicated to leadership responsibilities and program development
- Patient visit structure designed for thoughtful care: 40 minutes for complex visits and 20 minutes for lower acuity visits
## Compensation & Benefits
- Earn a base salary between $275,000 and $300,000, with the opportunity to reach a base of $325,000.
- Competitive compensation package including a generous signing bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan support.
- Five weeks of CTO, eight paid holidays, plus one week of paid CME time and annual CME allowance
- 401(k) with employer contribution, health coverage with employer-paid family premium support, and paid professional licensing fees
## Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible physician in Family Medicine with experience providing comprehensive primary care across all age groups
- Interest in leadership, mentorship, and guiding clinical teams; willing to support growth in this area for the right candidate
- Comfort managing complex chronic conditions in a rural patient population
