  • Generous Time Off & Earnings: Base salary starting at $525,595 with wRVU production incentives, plus a $75,000 sign-on bonus and 42.5 days off annually

Candidate Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology or PM&R with fellowship training in Pain Medicine
  • Comfortable performing a broad range of interventional pain procedures, including spinal cord stimulators, kyphoplasty, and advanced nerve blocks
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Illinois
  • Strong commitment to team-based, patient-centered care
