Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary ranging from $400,000–$500,000 based on experience
  • Year-one earnings potential of $600,000–$650,000 for experienced candidates
  • $100,000 sign-on bonus plus production model starting year two (up to 37% above $1.7M)
