We’re seeking a dedicated Family Medicine physician to join our supportive team just 20 minutes outside of Omaha. This full-time outpatient role offers excellent work-life balance, strong financial incentives, and no call responsibilities.

Flexible Schedule: Consistent 4-day work week
Dedicated Support: Your own MA or RN
Outpatient Only: Manageable panel of 18–20 patients per day
No Call: Focus on your patients during clinic hours only
Modern EMR: EPIC system for efficient charting

### Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary: $321,000 starting, with growth potential
Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
