Practice Overview

• You’ll join a collaborative team of 7 experienced ENTs, 3 APPs, and 7 audiologists across four clinic sites
• Full-service model with on-site audiology, allergy testing/treatment, and surgical support at two local ASCs
• No hospital call; practice call is Q7 with the potential for lighter rotation as the team grows
• Same-day and next-day appointments common, reflecting a streamlined, patient-first access model

Schedule

• Full-time clinical schedule with procedural and surgical time at local ASCs
• No hospital call duties, ensuring protected personal time
• Weekend and evening responsibilities are minimal and well-distributed
• Flexibility in clinic location rotation among Baton Rouge and nearby satellite sites

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting base salary between $300,000–$350,000, commensurate with experience
• Average physician income of ~$650,000, excluding ancillary and investment earnings
• Ownership opportunities in ASC and real estate for additional passive income

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
• Open to both experienced surgeons and recent residency graduates
