Practice Setting

• Outpatient oncology clinic with infusion center
• Team of physicians and advanced practice providers
• Adult patient population

Schedule

• Monday through Friday clinic hours
• Approximately 15 to 20 patients per day
• Shared weeknight call rotation
• Weekend call covering either Saturday or Sunday

Cases and Procedures

• 40 percent hematology and 60 percent oncology
• New consults and follow-up visits
• Treatment planning and infusion oversight
• APP team manages inpatient care with physician support

Requirements

• Board Certified Hematology and Oncology Physician
• Active New York license
• ACLS, BLS, DEA
