** Practice Setting**

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient

** Schedule**

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Option for 4x10s instead of 5x8s
• Daily 1:3 call rotation (minimal inpatient volume)
• Full-time required, but future part-time may be possible

** Procedures and Cases**

• Adults only
• 25% hematology, 75% oncology
• Average 14–16 outpatients per day
• 1–2 inpatient consults per call day

** Requirements**

• Board Certified or Eligible (within 5 years) in Hematology/Oncology
• California license required
• BLS and DEA required

** Credentialing Requirements**

• Credentialing timeframe is 60–90 days
• Interview via video after recruiter screen
