A growing, patient-focused OB/GYN program in Decatur, Illinois is seeking a

Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join a collaborative and expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding practice while making a meaningful impact in a welcoming Midwestern community.

Position Highlights

• Full-scope OB/GYN practice including prenatal care, labor & delivery, postpartum care, and gynecologic procedures

• Support from experienced APPs and dedicated administrative staff

• Opportunity to participate in future residency program development

• Teaching opportunities available but not required

### Schedule

• Flexible 5-day workweek

• 1:7 call rotation

### Compensation & Benefits

• $439,000 base salary + productivity incentives
