** Practice Setting**

• Outpatient-only role — no newborn rounding or inpatient responsibilities
• Serve a primarily Medi-Cal population (approximately 83% of patients)
• Clinic experiencing significant patient growth, currently averaging 21 patients per day
• Opportunity to mentor and collaborate with nearby universities and institutes
• Mission-driven environment focused on providing care to underserved communities

** Compensation and Benefits**

• Earn up to $350,000 with competitive base salary plus quality- and productivity-based performance bonuses
