• Elite Call Structure: Benefit from No Primary Call—you serve as 1:6 back-up call only. With 24/7 Laborist coverage, you have the freedom to have a Laborist deliver for you while on call.
• High-Volume Productivity: Manage a robust clinical load with an average of 80 patients per week and 3–5 surgical cases per day. The facility handles 1,600–1,700 deliveries annually.

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Must be able to obtain an Arkansas medical license if not already holding one.
• Open to American medical graduates and International medical graduates (Visa sponsorship available).
• Experience is preferred, but we welcome applications from those in-practice or preparing to complete training.
