OBGYN Physician - 1 Hour From Memphis - $600K Earning Potential

The Practice

• Join a cohesive team of six OB/GYNs and one GYN built for long-term professional growth
• Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a structured week of 2 clinic days, 2 OR days, and 1 call day
• No primary call; you serve 1:6 backup call only, with 24/7 laborist coverage
• Average of 80 patients per week and 3 to 5 surgical cases per day, with 1,600 to 1,700 deliveries annually across the facility
• Practice out of a new surgical tower completed in 2019 and a clinic renovated in 2022, located right across the street from the hospital

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed salary of $325,000 plus production from day one
• Signing bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan forgiveness structured as a three-year forgivable loan
• ACO Shared Savings participation through the CEP program
• 5 weeks of PTO for vacation or CME, a $3,500 annual CME allowance, and 403(b)/401(k) with employer match

The Clinical Environment

• 438-bed Level III Trauma Center serving a population of 600,000
• Level IIIA NICU with 16 beds and a dedicated 4-bed OB Emergency Department with two OR rooms on the floor
• Support from 3 NPs, 2 PPNs, and an in-house OB anesthesiologist
