Practice Setting

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient cases
• Team model with supervising MDAs
• Located in Midland, Michigan
• EPIC charting system in use

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday, 6:30a–5:00p preferred
• Full-time availability prioritized
• July through September dates still open
• 4x10s schedule supported

Cases and Procedures

• Endo, General, OB/GYN, Ortho, Pain, Urology, Vascular
• Spinals, epidurals, venous/arterial lines required
• Blocks preferred but not required
• Average 6–7 cases per day

Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Michigan license required (not IMLC eligible)
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
• 75 case logs within past 12 months needed for credentialing

Travel Accommodations
