Practice Overview

• Integrated cardiology team including 4 Interventionalists, 7 Non-Invasive Cardiologists, 1 EP (expanding), and 3 Cardiac Surgeons
• Structured 4-week block model: 1 week inpatient, 2 weeks clinic/non-invasive, 1 week imaging
• Shared inpatient census of 30–40 patients per service with physician and APP support
• Advanced imaging, including CT, MRI, Nuclear, PET, with opportunities for TEE and cardiac MRI
• Established referral network delivering immediate and consistent patient volume

### Schedule

• Predictable rotating block schedule separating inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• 1:5 general call rotation for rounding, plus one weekday night of phone call
• Inpatient rounding averages 4–5 hours daily
• Dedicated APP and MA support streamlining both hospital and clinic workflows

### Compensation & Benefits

• $450,000–$500,000 guaranteed base for 1–2 years
• $48 per RVU production model; high producers earn approximately $650,000
• $35,000–$40,000 sign-on bonus plus up to $20,000 quality bonus
• Occurrence-based malpractice with no tail
• 4 weeks PTO, 1 week CME, 403(b) retirement plan
• PSLF-eligible facility
• CAP-exempt H1-B sponsorship available

### Candidate Profile

• MD or DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
• Open to fellows, new graduates, and experienced cardiologists
• Comfortable with general non-invasive cardiology and cardiac imaging
• Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure
