** Practice Setting**

• Outpatient clinic conveniently located across the street
• Inpatient/outpatient mix for case variety
• All adult patient population

** Schedule**

• Coverage needed across multiple date blocks
• Nights and weekends surgical call required
• All adult patient population
• Extension is possible for 6 months

** Procedures and Cases**

• Bread and butter open-heart surgery

  • Must have 50 open-heart procedures in the last 12 months
  • Hands-on surgical APP support available
  • Approx. 100 open-heart cases/year

** Requirements**

• Board Certified or BE within 5 years in Cardiovascular/Thoracic Surgery or Cardiovascular Disease
• ACLS required
• Active MI license or IMLC
• Minimum 12 months experience
