This role offers a balanced mix of subspecialty outpatient epilepsy care, EEG interpretation, and EMU involvement across two major clinical sites within the LCMC Health system.     Position Overview

    • Outpatient subspecialty practice focused on epilepsy care
    • Participation in EEG interpretation, including ambulatory, inpatient, and home studies
    • Rotating coverage within the EEG and Epilepsy Monitoring Unit call pool
    • Clinical practice is split between East Jefferson Hospital and University Medical Center, New Orleans
    • Academic appointment through Tulane University School of Medicine

    • Robust neuroscience services, including stroke, neurocritical care, expanding EMU, and general neurology consult services

    ### Candidate Profile

    • MD or DO * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
    • Fellowship training in EEG and/or Epilepsy, with subspecialty board eligibility or certification
    • Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Louisiana
