Practice Overview:

• Join a collaborative team of 12 physicians and other supportive mid-level providers
• Seamless integration with a single hospital and clinic setup
• Engage in a broad scope of Internal Medicine, encompassing common illnesses, chronic disease management, and more
• Participate in an equitable call schedule with five days of ED call per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM
• Blend of clinic consults and potential hospital rounding
• Manageable clinic volume with approximately 14 patients a day
• Flexible structure to support work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed salary starting at $350,000/year
• Negotiable relocation and signing bonuses

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Open to new graduates, with visa sponsorship available
• Comfortable with a broad spectrum of Internal Medicine procedures
• Willingness to engage with Family Medicine residents
