    Research and Clinical Trials:

    **Trial 1: Tomosynthesis Mammographic Imaging Screening **

    • A randomized screening trial to compare the diagnostic accuracy of screening for breast cancer using three-dimensional digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT) plus two-dimensional full-field digital mammography (FFDM). * The same comparison using two-dimensional full-field digital mammography (FFDM) alone.

    Trial 2: Evaluation of De-Escalation of Breast Radiation (DEBRA)

    • This Phase III Trial evaluates whether breast conservation surgery and endocrine therapy results in a non-inferior rate of invasive or non-invasive ipsilateral breast tumor recurrence (IBTR) compared to breast conservation with breast radiation and endocrine therapy.
