We are seeking a board-eligible/board-certified Neurotologist to join an established, highly respected group as long-standing team members prepare for retirement. Step into a turn-key practice with a immediate, steady stream of referrals and robust multidisciplinary support.

Practice Highlights:

  • Work-Life Balance: Outpatient-focused practice with 4 clinical days and 1 operating day per week (40 hours/week direct care).

  • Surgical & Patient Volume: 15–20 patients per half-day with no backlog. Practice mix is approximately 90% general neurotology and 10% skull base.
  • Average monthly volume: 7–10 cochlear implants, 3–4 ossicular chain reconstructions, plus endoscopic skull base cases.
  • Routine procedures are performed in an ambulatory surgery center (ASC), with complex skull base cases reserved for the main hospital.

Collaborative Environment:

  • Work alongside experienced neurosurgeons, rhinologists, and specialized vestibular rehabilitation physical therapists.
  • Turn-Key Support: Dedicated MA per physician, mid-level support, an onsite team of audiologists and audio techs, and fully integrated EPIC EMR.
  • Academic & Research Potential: Optional research pathways available through established institutional relationships, with future potential for teaching.
  • Premier Regional Anchor: Located on a historic, flagship urban campus featuring a DNV-Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center and a top-ranked, award-winning hospital environment.
