Midwest Pediatrician $120K Sign On

A well-established community health organization in the Midwest is seeking a Pediatrician to join a stable, physician-led practice serving families across the region. This opportunity offers excellent compensation, flexibility, and a lifestyle that’s increasingly hard to find.

Compensation & Incentives

• Guaranteed Base Salary: Up to $300,000

• $120,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Quarterly Production Bonuses

The Practice

• Employed position within a mission-driven community health system

• Modern clinic with EPIC EMR

• 3 exam rooms per physician
• Excellent support: * 1.5 MAs per physician * Dedicated triage nurse * Established NP and PA team (no oversight required)
• No call responsibilities (APPs handle phone coverage)

Schedule & Flexibility

• 5-day work week | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

• Option for 4-day work week (four 10-hour shifts)

• 36 patient-facing hours / 4 admin hours
• No weekends
