** About Us:**

We are seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our healthcare facility in Louisiana. We are a nationally recognized, award-winning team with an established system.

** Practice Details:**

  • 167-bed hospital with 12 ICU beds
  • The support team includes an APP for Cardiology and CV surgery

  • Average of 5-7 procedures per week (hearth catheters: 250/month; vascular cases 80-90/month)

    • Robot is available
    • Call schedule is 1:3

** Compensation and Benefits:**

  • $750,000 guaranteed base salary with bonus structure
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance provided
  • Eligibility for state and federal loan forgiveness programs

    • PTO and CME allowance included
