Ophthalmology on the Appalachian Trail - Private, High Volume

Join a well-established private ophthalmology practice offering a mix of clinic and surgical days in a physician-led environment. Practice Setting

• Employed position at a private practice with multiple locations (you'll only be at one, not bouncing between sites)
• Outpatient clinic-based setting with a mix of clinic and surgical days
• Payor mix consists of approximately 60% Medicare and 40% Commercial
• General ophthalmology - cataract focus would be great

** Schedule**

• Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM - no nights or weekends!

  • Flexible accommodations for a 4.5-day workweek may be available
  • Dedicated surgery day - all performed in same building

** Compensation & Benefits**

• Guaranteed base salary range of $400,000 to $475,000, with bonus potential
