## Practice Setting

• Active Heart and Lung Transplant

• Diverse case mix including: * Advanced Heart Failure * Cardiothoracic Surgery * ECMO * CABG procedures
• Collaborative team of surgeons, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners
• Structured mentorship from experienced transplant surgeons
• Opportunity to expand advanced procedural and perioperative skills
• Supportive, growth-oriented surgical environment

## Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with flexibility)
• Shared call rotation

• Guaranteed 8-hour protected rest period

• Evening cases managed by the call PA
• Daytime cases covered by non-call PAs
