** Practice Setting:**

• Outpatient setting at two FQHC facilities
• Primarily adult patients (18+), with some pediatric cases

** Schedule:**

• 40-hour workweek, including dedicated time for patient care and administrative tasks

  • Option for an additional Saturday clinic with a Monday morning off
  • Balance of patient-facing hours and administrative time each week

** Procedures and Cases:**

• Chronic illness management and traditional primary care

  • No specific procedures required

** Requirements:**

• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• BLS and DEA certifications
• Georgia state licensure

** Credentialing Requirements:**

• 2-4 week credentialing process
