Locums Medical Oncology Physician in Georgia - Flexible Schedule, Easy Call, Weekly Pay

Medical Oncologist needed in Georgia for an outpatient clinic role with a defined call rotation and a pure medical oncology scope, acute leukemia and BMT are transferred out.

Practice Setting

• Outpatient medical oncology clinic, adult patient population
• All medical oncology, no hematology coverage required
• Acute leukemia cases and BMT are transferred out, keeping the clinic scope consistent
• Typical volume 15 to 20 patients per day, mix of new consults and follow ups

Schedule

• Clinic coverage Tuesday through Friday OR Monday - Thursday
• Clinic hours 8a to 5p
• Call is 1 weekend per month, Friday evening through Monday morning
• Includes hospital call coverage during the week as part of the rotation

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Medical Oncology or Hematology Oncology
• Georgia license required, Open to IMLC Physicians
