This is a full-scope surgical and medical retina opportunity within a well-established, physician-led group built for high-volume, high-earning providers.
Practice Overview

- One dedicated surgical day per week with strong infrastructure support
- Call is retina-only on a 1:5 rotation, with fellows absorbing the bulk of volume; call burden is low (0-2 calls)
Schedule
- Patient volume runs 60–100 encounters per day per provider, with a clear split between clinic and procedural time
- One dedicated surgical day per week keeps your OR time structured and predictable
- A 4- or 5-day workweek is available, offering real flexibility to design a schedule that fits your life
- Weekend burden is minimal given the fellow-supported call structure
