Practice Details
- Join a collegial team of 5 physicians and 2 experienced nurse practitioners
- 100% outpatient primary care with no inpatient responsibilities
- Modern clinic environment with dedicated exam rooms, full support staff, and private provider workspaces
Schedule
- Monday through Friday schedule with built-in administrative time
- Average daily volume of 13-15 patients, allowing time for thoughtful, relationship-based care
Compensation & Benefits
- Generous base salary determined by experience, with additional performance bonus potential
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
- Eligible for federal and state loan repayment as an FQHC with an HPSA score of 21
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
- Comfortable managing acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting
- Committed to team-based, patient-centered care
