Practice Overview

• Join a collaborative team of 5 well-respected Physicians and 2 experienced Nurse Practitioners.
• 100% outpatient practice with no inpatient requirements
• Modern facilities with exam rooms, support staff, and dedicated office space for providers

Schedule

• Monday–Friday schedule with protected administrative time
• Average of 13–15 patients per day to allow for meaningful patient interactions

Compensation & Benefits

• Earn a competitive base salary based on experience, plus performance bonus potential
• Full suite of benefits offered including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
• Eligible for federal and state loan repayment; FQHC with HPSA score of 21

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
• Committed to outpatient care in a team-based model
• Comfortable managing acute illnesses and chronic conditions.
