What You 'll Do:

• Conduct thorough physical exams and medical assessments.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records.

Who You Are:

• A board-certified MD or DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Licensed to practice medicine in New York State.
• DEA registered for controlled substances.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
