Positions Available:
1. General Anesthesiologist:
- The Role: Provide care and direct supervision across 32 distinct anesthetizing sites, managing complex, high-acuity surgical cases (excluding open heart and burns).
- Care Model: Strict 2:1 Medical Direction model guiding residents, CRNAs, and AAs. No solo supervision or independent self-performing roles.
- Work-Life Balance: Staggered late-stay rotations feature a unique “Priority Early Out” buffer, allowing you to leave between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM on both the day before and the day after your assigned late stay. Low contracted call requirements (11 weekend shifts & 13 weekday overnight shifts per year).
2. Cardiac Anesthesiologist:
- The Role: Join an expanding team dedicated 85%–90% purely to cardiac anesthesia, covering ~700 cases annually across open-heart (CABG, complex aortic arch), structural heart (TAVR, MitraClip), and ECMO/mechanical support.
