Practice Setting
- Mix of inpatient and outpatient Radiation Oncology
- Adult patient population
- Physician led model with no APP coverage
- Growing service line, approximately 300 new patients annually with year over year increases
Schedule
- Three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday preferred
- Daytime clinical hours, 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Assignment expected to extend over several months
- Weeknight call only, optional and preferred when you are already on site
Cases and Procedures
- CT simulation
- IGRT, IMRT, VMAT
- SBRT, SRS
- HDR
Workload
- Typically 20 patients per day, range 15 to 25
- Weekly clinic averages 3 to 5 new consults
- Weekly clinic averages 9 to 12 follow up visits
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board Certified in Radiation Oncology
- Michigan license, will consider physicians with an active IMLC LOQ who can obtain Michigan licensure
- Comfort with EPIC and Dragon
