    Practice Setting

    • Level 1 trauma center, inpatient and outpatient mix
    • Pediatric-only population
    • 2 Pediatric ENT surgeons, 2 experienced PAs
    • EPIC EMR system

    Schedule

    • 12-hour shifts, available Monday through Sunday
    • OR hours typically 7:30a to 3p or 8a to 5p
    • Clinic runs 8:30a to 3:30p
    • Includes in-house or phone call responsibilities

    Cases and Procedures

    • Tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, and myringotomy with tubes
    • Frenulectomy, abscess drainage, foreign body removal
    • Myringoplasty, laryngoscopy, and septum cauterization

    Requirements

    • Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatric Otolaryngology
    • Active Illinois license or willingness to obtain
    • ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, and CSR required

    Travel Accommodations

    • Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage all covered
