*Outpatient assignment in Oklahoma starting Dec 15 *

Highlights

• No call, no weekends; Monday to Thursday only
• Low patient volume; just 6-10 per day

Practice Setting

• Employer-based clinic for public employees and dependents
• 2-person model: solo NP + 1 LPN
• Must be comfortable managing both front and back office tasks
• Athena EMR

Schedule

• Monday: 7:30 AM-1:30 PM
• Tuesday-Thursday: 7:30 AM-3:30 PM
• Dec 15-Feb 19 to start, with option to extend

Cases and Procedures

• Primary care and occupational health (no pediatrics)
• DOT exams, drug screens, spirometry, breath alcohol testing
• Must be proficient in blood draws

Requirements

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active Oklahoma license
• BLS and DEA required
• DOT certification preferred but not required

Travel Accommodations

• Mileage reimbursed (no lodging or flights)
