Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant, Illinois - 3 to 4 Weeks Monthly

Inpatient-only CTS PA assignment in Urbana, Illinois with flexible weekday blocks and full travel covered.

Practice Setting

• Hospital-based inpatient-only CTS service; no clinic
• EPIC EMR system
• Support team includes RN, CV supervisor, and 5 APPs

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm
• Optional weeknight and weekend call (not guaranteed)
• Credentialing in 90 days

Cases and Procedures

• First assist in CABG, AVR, MVR, and ECMO
• Pre-op and post-op rounding and management
• EVH experience preferred but not required

Requirements

• Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
• Active Illinois license required
• ACLS certification required
