Practice Overview

  • You’ll join an established gynecologic oncology team alongside board-certified physicians, experienced APPs, and dedicated oncology support staff
  • APPs are highly integrated into both surgical and outpatient patient management across the full continuum of oncology care
  • Opportunity to first assist in minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic oncology procedures

### Schedule

  • Blend of clinic, surgical assisting, inpatient coordination, and perioperative care responsibilities
  • APPs assist with clinic flow, survivorship visits, surveillance appointments, and treatment coordination
  • Shared first-call responsibilities focused on triage, inpatient rounding, and patient coordination
  • Provider-focused team structure designed to support collaboration, mentorship, and long-term sustainability

### Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation ranging from approximately $105K–$165K based on experience and scope of responsibilities
  • Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and additional incentives may be available

### Candidate Requirements

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required
  • Experience or strong interest in gynecologic oncology, surgical oncology, women’s health, or related specialties preferred
  • Surgical first assist experience strongly preferred, particularly with minimally invasive or robotic procedures
  • Ideal candidates value collaboration, adaptability, continuous learning, and patient-centered care
