You’ll step into a high-volume gynecologic oncology setting with strong referral relationships across New Mexico and the Southwest. This is a Gynecologic Oncology Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) role built for someone who enjoys a mix of clinic continuity and surgical first-assist. Practice Overview

  • You’ll join a physician-led gynecologic oncology referral practice with operative access across multiple hospital systems
  • Work alongside 2 board-certified gynecologic oncologists, 6 APPs, dedicated RNs, infusion staff, and clinical research support
  • Clinical focus includes gynecologic malignancies, surveillance, survivorship, perioperative management, and complex follow-ups
  • Procedural exposure includes minimally invasive/robotic cases with strong preference for first-assist experience

Schedule

  • Full-time schedule with a hybrid split between OR first-assist and independent/collaborative clinic time
  • APPs pre-see patients and collaborate directly with physicians on treatment planning for complex oncology care
  • Call includes first-call support, triage/coordination, and inpatient rounding within a provider-friendly structure
  • EMR: McKesson iKnowMed in clinic and Epic in the hospitals

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary guarantee starting at $105,000 (range up to $165,000 based on experience and responsibilities)
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available (negotiable)

Candidate Requirements

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (BE/BC)
  • Interest or experience in gynecologic oncology, surgical oncology, or women’s health
  • Surgical first-assist experience strongly preferred, especially minimally invasive or robotic procedures
  • No visa sponsorship available
