    Practice Overview

    • You’ll join a private, physician-owned oncology group with equal-vote partnership structure
    • Treat a full spectrum of solid tumors and hematologic conditions with optional subspecialty focus

    • Comprehensive onsite services including infusion center, lab, pharmacy, and multidisciplinary support

    Schedule

    • 4-day clinic week (Monday–Thursday) with rotating Fridays
    • Manageable daily volume of ~16–20 patients with gradual ramp-up
    • 1:4 call rotation with dedicated hospital APP support and minimal overnight burden
    • Additional outreach opportunities available for those interested

    Compensation & Benefits

    • $650,000 base salary with guaranteed bonuses in the first two years
    • $50,000 sign-on bonus and $20,000 relocation assistance
    • Partnership track in 12–24 months * Total earnings well over $1M annually in proven provider income
    • 6 weeks PTO, CME allowance, 401(k) with profit sharing, and comprehensive benefits

    Candidate Requirements

    • Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology/Oncology
    • Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians
    • Interest in clinical research and trials participation optional
    • Collaborative, patient-focused approach to care
