    • Exceptional Income Potential: $650,000 base salary with guaranteed bonuses during your first two years, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, $20,000 relocation assistance, and a proven earning potential exceeding $1 million annually, plus six weeks of PTO, CME allowance, 401(k) with profit sharing, and comprehensive benefits.

    Candidate Requirements

    • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Hematology/Oncology.
    • Open to both experienced physicians and fellows completing training.
    • Interest in clinical research is welcomed but not required.
    • Committed to delivering collaborative, patient-centered oncology care.
